During our great COVID-19 pause, Care Dental got down to business. We researched how Health Canada and leading medical facilities in Canada handle the risk posed by airborne pathogens, like influenza and COVID-19. Then, we followed their lead by investing and retrofitted our entire facility to the same CSA-Z8000-18 and other Canadian Health Care Facilities HVAC Airborne Infection Isolation Room Standards. In fact, our system uses positive pressure to CONTAIN airborne pathogens and negative pressure to REMOVE them.  This system is only one part of a 4-tiered layered approach that Care Dental is taking to mitigate the risk caused by aerosols.
