DR. AMAR BHATT

GENERAL DENTIST

Hailing from the vibrant city of Chennai in southern India, Dr. Amar Bhatt brings a wealth of experience and a passion for dentistry to Care Dental Pandosy Village. After relocating to Canada to continue his dental education through the University of Alberta, Dr. Bhatt has been dedicated to serving Canadian communities with exceptional dental care since 2016, previously practicing in Calgary before finding his home in the beautiful Okanagan region.

With a friendly smile and a commitment to patient comfort, Dr. Bhatt excels in all facets of dentistry, with a particular passion for surgical procedures. He takes great pride in easing the fears of those with dental anxiety, offering nitrous oxide and oral sedation when appropriate to ensure a stress-free experience. From root canals to dental implants and wisdom teeth extractions, Dr. Bhatt is here to help you achieve your optimal oral health with precision and care.

Beyond the dental chair, Dr. Bhatt embraces life with equal enthusiasm. As an avid road cyclist, he explores the scenic wonders of our city on exhilarating rides.

DR. CHAD FLETCHER 

DIRECTOR, CLINICAL OPERATIONS & GENERAL DENTIST

Dr. Chad Fletcher graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 1996 with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree and followed it up by building a thriving family-owned practice in Weyburn, SK. With over 20 years of clinical experience and more than 1,000 hours of continuing education, Dr. Chad is committed to staying at the forefront of dental innovation.

His experience spans all aspects of general dentistry, with special interests in orthodontics, CEREC technology, cone beam imaging, and laser dentistry. Dr. Chad attends advanced training courses multiple times a year to ensure his patients benefit from the latest techniques and technology.

Now calling Kelowna home, Dr. Chad brings his warm personality and patient-focused approach to Care Dental. Outside the clinic, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, coaching soccer, golfing, skiing, and soaking up the Okanagan lifestyle.

DR. DAN KOBI

PRINCIPAL DENTIST, CARE DENTAL BANKS ROAD

Dr. Dan Kobi received his degree in dentistry from the University of Alberta in 1994. Soon after, he relocated to Salmon Arm where he opened the first of several practices. In November 2017, Dr. Kobi opened Care Dental to practice dentistry through an individual approach. Care Dental was founded on the principle of uncompromised patient care delivered by professionals committed to treating every patient and with the respect and consideration they deserve.

DR. JACK GORDON

PRINCIPAL DENTIST, CARE DENTAL PANDOSY

Dr. Jack was raised in Kelowna and attended Kelowna Secondary School. Having attended Mt. Allison University and the University of Alberta, Dr. Jack practiced in Leduc, AB for 10 years; 8 years as owner of a successful practice in Leduc, complemented by many volunteer hours within Leduc’s community. 

Dr. Jack is a general dentist with a wide skill set, from Fillings to Implants, and has also focused much time on Orthodontics, including Early Intervention Orthopedics, Traditional Orthodontics and Invisalign, and Obstructive Sleep Apnea. 

Dr. Jack, his beautiful wife, three little kids and their dog have returned home to Kelowna and look forward to being a part of the community once again.

DR. JUSTIN ABBOTT 

GENERAL DENTIST 

Dr. Justin was born and raised in Ontario, and graduated from Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2013, achieving a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. Shortly thereafter, Dr. Justin operated a successful family practice in Paris, Ontario, which he grew for over 5 years!  Dr. Justin enjoys all forms of general dentistry including extractions, endodontics, restorative fillings, smile reconstruction using prosthodontics and working with children who benefit from sedation. He is also a certified Invisalign provider. 

Feeling that pull to the beautiful West Coast, Dr. Justin brings his positive energy, enthusiasm and clinical expertise to Kelowna and, more specifically, to his patients at Care Dental. When not practicing dentistry, you can find him exploring the great outdoors with his Saint Lucian rescue pups, focusing on a healthy lifestyle at the gym, attending Spear Study Club meetings and spending time with loved ones. 

DR. SCOTT BUDD

GENERAL DENTIST

Dr. Scott, a Saskatchewan native, has been delivering exceptional dental care for nearly 30 years. After earning his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the University of Saskatchewan in 1996, he devoted 28 years to serving the community of Meadow Lake, SK. Seeking a new chapter, Dr. Scott and his wife embraced the natural beauty of the Okanagan, where they now call home.

Proud parents of five adult children, Dr. Scott and his wife take great joy in watching them pursue their unique paths in university and professional life. Outside the clinic, Dr. Scott’s enthusiasm for an active lifestyle is boundless. He relishes the Okanagan’s rich opportunities for outdoor adventure—whether it’s on the golf course, enjoying watersports, or simply soaking in the region’s vibrant lifestyle.

A passionate advocate for health and fitness, Dr. Scott aligns his personal values with his commitment to patient care, fostering well-being both in and outside the dental chair. With his extensive experience, gentle demeanor, and dedication to patient-centered care, Dr. Scott is thrilled to bring his expertise to the Care Dental family.

DR. TODD SMITH

GENERAL DENTIST 

Dr. Todd Smith was born and brought up in the beautiful city of Kamloops, B.C. After completing his education at the University of British Columbia, he received a Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) in 1992.  For over 25 years, Dr. Todd owned and operated a family dental practice in Merritt, BC. 

When he is not at work, Dr. Todd loves spending time with his lovely wife and their two golden retrievers, spending time on the lake and enjoying all that the amazing Okanagan Valley has to offer. 

Dr. Todd is known for his friendly demeanor and gentle approach, making him well-loved among his patients 

ALLIE MUNRO

GENERAL MANAGER

As General Manager at Care Dental in beautiful Kelowna, BC, Allie is passionate about elevating the entire patient experience—especially helping to ease dental anxiety. With over 15 years of experience in marketing, event management, and administration, she brings a strong background in branding and hospitality to the world of dentistry.

After years in large-scale event production, Allie’s journey into parenthood inspired a shift toward health and wellness. She saw dentistry as the perfect opportunity to make a meaningful impact by creating a welcoming, first-class environment that patients—even children—look forward to visiting. At Care Dental, she’s dedicated to continuously enhancing the patient journey and driving innovation across the practice.

Outside of work, Allie enjoys family time at Kelowna’s beaches, skiing at Big White, and exploring her passion for systemic wellness. Her favourite travel destination so far? Bali.
