All previously diagnosed treatment must be booked through the Book Treatment form or by calling the practice.

All appointments booked online will be reviewed by your Care Team and we will contact you if further details are needed. If you would like to see a particular dentist or are hoping for same day treatment for a specific concern, kindly add that note to your appointment request. The more info we have, the best we can serve you!

Care Dental is located in the heart of Kelowna’s trendy Pandosy Village at the corner of Pandosy Street & Osprey Avenue . We are just down the street from Kelowna General Hospital and also Urban Fare. Care Dental patients can access FREE PARKING in the parking lot located right beside Original Joe’s at the same intersection (kitty corner to our building). Please register your vehicle when you arrive at Care. We looking forward to seeing your smile soon!

IS THIS AN AFTER-HOURS DENTAL EMERGENCY?

If so, don’t wait! Call our after-hours Virtual Assistant at 778-478-2273. When she answers, say clearly “Dental Emergency“. The assistant will then TEXT you our private after-hours dental emergency phone number where you will reach a team member ASAP.

Alternatively, please email e[email protected] and a member of your Care Team will contact you ASAP. Please include your telephone number, a brief description of your emergency and if you are an existing Care Dental patient.

Walk-in service is also available during practice hours on an emergency basis.

Is this a true Dental Emergency?

Dental Emergencies include one or more of the following: pain, swelling, trauma or post-operative concerns. We can help!

I’m not a Care Dental patient yet. Is it still ok to call after hours?

Yes! When dental emergencies happen, we are here for our patients and those who are not patients yet.

Sunday – Friday: 8:00am – 6:30pm (phones turn off at 6pm)

Saturday: 8:00am – 4:00pm (Patient Services team only)

Open 7 days per week! Closed on statutory holidays but available for emergencies (see above).
