DR. AMAR BHATT

GENERAL DENTIST

Hailing from the vibrant city of Chennai in southern India, Dr. Amar Bhatt brings a wealth of experience and a passion for dentistry to Care Dental Pandosy Village. After relocating to Canada to continue his dental education through the University of Alberta, Dr. Bhatt has been dedicated to serving Canadian communities with exceptional dental care since 2016, previously practicing in Calgary before finding his home in the beautiful Okanagan region.

With a friendly smile and a commitment to patient comfort, Dr. Bhatt excels in all facets of dentistry, with a particular passion for surgical procedures. He takes great pride in easing the fears of those with dental anxiety, offering nitrous oxide and oral sedation when appropriate to ensure a stress-free experience. From root canals to dental implants and wisdom teeth extractions, Dr. Bhatt is here to help you achieve your optimal oral health with precision and care.

Beyond the dental chair, Dr. Bhatt embraces life with equal enthusiasm. As an avid road cyclist, he explores the scenic wonders of our city on exhilarating rides.

DR. CHAD FLETCHER 

DIRECTOR, CLINICAL OPERATIONS & GENERAL DENTIST

Since graduating from the University of Saskatchewan in 1996 as a Doctor of Dental Medicine, Dr. Chad Fletcher has been practicing in his very busy and family-owned dental practice, located in sunny Weyburn, SK. Not stopping there, a thirst for being the best has driven Dr. Chad to never stop learning, and he has logged over 1000 continuing education hours to supplement his over 20 years of practical experience. 

Dr. Chad is an incredible fit here in Kelowna, and not just because of his affable personality, and warm smile, but also his commitment to the latest in dental techniques and advancements. His love for the field takes him “back to school” 2 or 3 times each year and on top of his expertise in all aspects of General Dentistry, he has developed his passion in the field of orthodontics, and has become an expert in CEREC, Cone Beam Imaging and … Lasers …. yes! We use Lasers here at Care Dental (cue the Austin Powers jokes). 

Married with two energetic teenagers, Dr. Chad and family love the Kelowna lifestyle, and spend “non-looking in your mouth” time coaching soccer, golfing, skiing and spending time with family at the lake.

DR. DAN KOBI

PRINCIPAL DENTIST, CARE DENTAL BANKS ROAD

Dr. Dan Kobi received his degree in dentistry from the University of Alberta in 1994. Soon after, he relocated to Salmon Arm where he opened the first of several practices. In November 2017, Dr. Kobi opened Care Dental to practice dentistry through an individual approach. Care Dental was founded on the principle of uncompromised patient care delivered by professionals committed to treating every patient and with the respect and consideration they deserve.

DR. DANNY ZARE

GENERAL DENTIST

Dr. Danny Zare is a skilled general dentist based in Kelowna, B.C. and board certified in both Canada and Australia.  In his years in dentistry, Dr. Danny has helped countless patients achieve optimal oral health and stunning smiles. Dr. Danny is passionate about all aspects of aesthetic and reconstructive dentistry, but his true passion lies in oral surgery, full smile reconstructions, and placing implants. He strives to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field, and regularly attends dental conferences and seminars. 

Aside from his outstanding experience, Dr. Danny is also known for his friendly and compassionate demeanor. He makes it his mission to ensure that every patient feels comfortable, informed, and at ease throughout their treatment. 

In his free time, Dr. Danny enjoys spending time with his lovely wife who is also a dentist and their beloved dog named Fang. He is an avid traveler, and enjoys exploring new cultures.

DR. JACK GORDON

PRINCIPAL DENTIST, CARE DENTAL PANDOSY

Dr. Jack was raised in Kelowna and attended Kelowna Secondary School. Having attended Mt. Allison University and the University of Alberta, Dr. Jack practiced in Leduc, AB for 10 years; 8 years as owner of a successful practice in Leduc, complemented by many volunteer hours within Leduc’s community. 

Dr. Jack is a general dentist with a wide skill set, from Fillings to Implants, and has also focused much time on Orthodontics, including Early Intervention Orthopedics, Traditional Orthodontics and Invisalign, and Obstructive Sleep Apnea. 

Dr. Jack, his beautiful wife, three little kids and their dog have returned home to Kelowna and look forward to being a part of the community once again.

DR. JUSTIN ABBOTT 

GENERAL DENTIST 

Dr. Justin was born and raised in Ontario, and graduated from Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry in 2013, achieving a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. Shortly thereafter, Dr. Justin operated a successful family practice in Paris, Ontario, which he grew for over 5 years!  Dr. Justin enjoys all forms of general dentistry including extractions, endodontics, restorative fillings, smile reconstruction using prosthodontics and working with children who benefit from sedation. He is also a certified Invisalign provider. 

Feeling that pull to the beautiful West Coast, Dr. Justin brings his positive energy, enthusiasm and clinical expertise to Kelowna and, more specifically, to his patients at Care Dental. When not practicing dentistry, you can find him exploring the great outdoors with his Saint Lucian rescue pups, focusing on a healthy lifestyle at the gym, attending Spear Study Club meetings and spending time with loved ones. 

DR. TODD SMITH

GENERAL DENTIST 

Dr. Todd Smith was born and brought up in the beautiful city of Kamloops, B.C. After completing his education at the University of British Columbia, he received a Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) in 1992.  For over 25 years, Dr. Todd owned and operated a family dental practice in Merritt, BC. 

When he is not at work, Dr. Todd loves spending time with his lovely wife and their two golden retrievers, spending time on the lake and enjoying all that the amazing Okanagan Valley has to offer. 

Dr. Todd is known for his friendly demeanor and gentle approach, making him well-loved among his patients 

ALLIE MUNRO

GENERAL MANAGER

As the Practice Manager at Care Dental, Allie is inspired by the opportunity to work in beautiful Kelowna, BC to augment the whole patient experience and help overcome patient dental anxiety. Allie and the Care Dental team comb through every detail of the patient booking and elevate as much as possible to achieve the goal of being the dentist you’ll look forward to visiting. 

Allie brings over 15 years of experience in marketing, event management and administration to Care Dental, with expertise in branding, event production and design. After many moons in large-scale, special event production, Allie found that becoming a parent drew her to the world of health and wellness and was inspired to enter the healthcare field. Dentistry makes such a positive impact in the lives of Canadians and she thought it would be the perfect industry to leave her mark through a level of enhanced hospitality not often experienced in the industry. Here at Care Dental, Allie is motivated to create a first class, relaxing dental experience for all patients including the littlest ones. Her work will continue to develop the practice, finding new and innovative ways to assist in elevating Care every step of the way. 

Outside of Care Dental, her passions include spending time with her family on one of Kelowna’s many beaches, skiing at Big White and pursuing her interest in holistic nutrition. When there is time for a holiday, Allie loves to travel with current favourite destinations being Palm Springs, Mexico or her all-time favourite destination, Buena Vista Surf Club in San Juan Del Sur, Nicaragua.
