Sterilization Assistant
Care Dental is seeking applications for Sterilization Assistants who are eager to join our dynamic team.
No experience is necessary, as all applicants will receive comprehensive onboarding and ongoing coaching. Many of our Sterilization Assistants have found this role to be a valuable stepping stone toward pursuing further education in dental careers, such as becoming a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), Certified Dental Assistant (CDA), or even a dentist.

The Sterilization Assistant role at Care Dental is a vital part of our team, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of our practices. Responsibilities include managing and sterilizing dental instruments, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and supporting the clinical team as needed. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain firsthand experience in the clinical side of dentistry.
One of the advantages of joining Care Dental is our seven-day operation, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, offering flexibility in shift scheduling. We are hiring for full-time positions during weekdays, weekends, and a combination of both.
