The Patient Services Coordinator role at Care Dental plays a crucial part in ensuring the seamless and efficient flow of patient services. Responsibilities include managing appointment schedules, coordinating patient check-ins and check-outs, handling phone inquiries, and maintaining a warm and welcoming reception area. This position provides an excellent opportunity to be at the forefront of patient care, facilitating a positive and comfortable experience from the moment they walk in.
One of the advantages of joining Care Dental is our seven-day operation, from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, offering flexibility in shift scheduling. We are hiring for full-time positions during weekdays, weekends, and a combination of both.
