The Patient Services Coordinator role at Care Dental plays a crucial part in ensuring the seamless and efficient flow of patient services. Responsibilities include managing appointment schedules, coordinating patient check-ins and check-outs, handling phone inquiries, and maintaining a warm and welcoming reception area. Sterilization Assistant 

Care Dental is seeking applications for Sterilization Assistants who are eager to join our dynamic team.  

No experience is necessary, as all applicants will receive comprehensive onboarding and ongoing coaching. Many of our Sterilization Assistants have found this role to be a valuable stepping stone toward pursuing further education in dental careers, such as becoming a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH), Certified Dental Assistant (CDA), or even a dentist.

Associate Dentist 

Care Dental is continually seeking expressions of interest for the position of General Dentist.  

Special consideration will be given to qualified candidates who:  

  • Are available to work weekends regularly (as we are busy and open 7 days a week).  
  • Have experience with IV Sedation.  
  • Possess experience with PRF, Invisalign, and/or Implant Certification.

This standard is utilized here and in modern Canadian hospitals to protect both patients and teams from harmful particles aerosolized during dental procedures. All air in the practice is isolated, filtered, and exchanged with fresh outdoor air every 5 minutes. We care about the air you breathe.  

The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing, highly organized, have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. One of the best parts is that Care Dental is open 7 days a week from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, so a variety of shifts can be accommodated. We are looking to fill full-time positions during the week, weekends, and a blend of both. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of Canadian practice experience. Candidates with weekend availability and/or candidates who are current and have completed a recognized post-graduate IV sedation program are preferred. Although Care Dental provides mentorship programs for dentists of all experience levels, at this time, we are not accepting applicants who have recently graduated.  

We provide mentorship and 360-degree support. Our administrative, assisting, sterilization, and hygiene teams are enthusiastic, well-trained, disciplined, positive, and reliable. We operate sophisticated and dedicated patient retention, hygiene, and treatment coordination teams to quickly fill your schedule and keep it full. Our accounting department focuses on your collections, with over 20 A/R turns per year.
